How to use

Hold the ampoule with the narrow tip facing up, open the label, and discard it
Gently insert the narrow tip of the ampoule deep into the vagina and press the bulbous end two to three times to apply the gel into the vagina.
Take the ampoule out while still pressing the swollen tip, then discard it
The ampoule is intended for one-time use only and cannot be stored after opening or reused
It can be used 10 to 15 minutes before sex to allow moisture to spread throughout the vagina
