• Place the semen sample into the cup provided in the package, cover the cup, and gently rotate it 10 times
• Wait 15 minutes before testing the sample (the sample is not valid if it is more than 12 hours old)
• Open a test strip, place it on a flat surface, and stir the contents of the cup again just before testing the sample
• Withdraw the liquid from the cup with a dropper, place 1 drop of it on the T test area, and leave for at least 1 minute
• Add two drops of the blue solution to the contents of the T test area, and allow it to sit for at least one minute
• Then apply two drops of the clear solution to the contents of the T test area, and leave it there for at least one minute

• Compare the intensity of the color in the test region T with the reference color in the region R
• The test is positive: if the color in the T region is identical to or higher in intensity than the color in the R region
• The test is negative: if the color in the T region is less intense than the color in the R region

The test should not be repeated 3 days before and not 7 days after the first test
