Yes, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund if it has not been shipped yet.

📭 Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Yes. You can refuse to receive the shipment from the courier. Once the order is returned to us, your payment will be refunded.

🔄 Can I return my order and get a refund?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery:

• The product must be in its original condition
• Items must be unopened

Once we receive the returned order, you will be refunded for the products.
