Return & Refund Policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, free of charge, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If the product is defective or damaged during delivery, the customer may request a return or replacement within the same 14-day period. We may ask the customer to provide photos of the product and packaging to help us review the issue.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the return or replacement request will be approved if it meets the conditions above. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by the payment provider.
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a clear product defect.
